Crowd & Crisis Management 

The STCW Code requires Crowd Management training for crew serving on passenger vessels, including larger yachts certified to carry more than 12 passengers. Participants learn how to direct guests to muster stations, control panic, maintain order, and communicate effectively during emergencies such as fire, flooding, or abandonment.
