We are currently recruiting for a Chief Officer for a busy 60+ meter M/Y. Our client is looking for a career driven Chief Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate should display leadership qualities and be able to manage a deck team of 5, have fantastic communication skills and a great work ethic. This is a a hands on position where bridge and deck will be split 60/40. Yard experience, use of Pinpoint and IDEA is valued. Proven longevity and excellent references are essential.

We are currently recruiting for a 2nd Officer to join a busy 60+ M/Y.
This role is aimed at someone who is diligent, organised, has great management skills, and very knowledgeable on deck with regards to operations and deck maintenance. They should be safety orientated, have long term goals in mind and be a true team player. Extra skillsets such as videography and drone flying would be a bonus.
Proven longevity and excellent references are essential.

Candidates need to have 3 seasons minimum, have their Yachtmaster and ideally have a some OOW modules under their belt.
