We are now recruiting for a Sole Chef that can confidently prepare delicious, healthy Mediterranean food and who also possess flexibility and the ability to add diversity to the table. Additionally they must be able to accommodate for serious dietary requirements (further details on this will be covered in private). The sole chef will be cooking for 8 crew and up to 10 guests. They should be of sober character, calm, follow hygiene protocols and maintain a positive energy.

  • Crew Chef

Salary: Day Rate EUR DOE

We are currently recruiting for a Crew Chef able to join this vessel asap. The crew chef will be cooking for up to 25 crew providing tasty, balanced, healthy and fresh meals. They will need to uphold hygiene standards, cater for dietary requirements (nothing too major) and have a positive attitude. The vessel is currently in a yard period so meals will be cooked in an apartment to start off with then back on the vessel therefore this position is aimed at someone who can be flexible/adaptable and think outside of the box when preparing meals. Good time management will be required along with being able to manage a budget responsibly. Ideally we are looking for a female crew chef but also open to males. Excellent references are essential.
