The IAMI GUEST Basic Food and Beverages Unit forms part of the full GUEST Introduction Program designed to meet the duties to qualify for the onboard Junior Steward/ess role.

- The required standards of behaviour, personal presentation and work ethics
- The principles of Food and Beverages Service operations for guests
- How to provide different food Service Techniques and Service Styles (plated service, silver service, butler service and synchronised service), Barista and hot drink services, table setting techniques
PS: it is strongly recommended to complete your Food Safety Level 2 course to complement this course.
Most of the Interior services Practical workshops are completed onboard a motor yacht located nearby the classroom.
Upon successful completion of the assessments, the student will be issued an IAMI GUEST Certificate (small fee will apply, check with us).
The IAMI GUEST Certificate will specify the competencies achieved throughout this unit.
